First attempt. Pretty good! Bit dense, didn’t knead enough (or too much??) - just a few minutes. Do I want a lot of gluten to develop, or not? I should also use more yeast next time, they should’ve risen a bit more. The Salzstangerl with the caraway seeds were much better than the Mohnflesserl. Leave out the sugar next time, I didn’t like the light sweetness (even though there’s only 5 g sugar in it, I could taste it).
