How to make a zine in Google Docs (or Figma)

Follow the instructions from Anemone: https://anemone.studio/simple-zinemaking But use Figma for it.

1. Make a pdf

1. Set the size you want, e.g. A5.
2. (Make the margins a bit smaller than default.) ⇒ not necessary in Figma.
3. Fill the page with text and pictures.
4. Make a few more pages (ideally >8), fill them with text and pictures.
5. Save everything as pdf.

2. Assemble the pdfs into a zine

1. Open Spectrolite: Go to Layouts.
2. Set the filter bar to Sheet size A4, then click on A5 Portrait Zine to open the layout.
